This Saturday we will run from the Story Bridge Captain Burke Park. You have the option of heading towards West End, Portside, or Toowong.

Open Day Wrap Up
Saturday 30th July saw a great turn out for the BRS Open Day which included an Urban orienteering event.
Teams competed as either runners or walkers to crack codes, decipher cryptic clues and discover objects located in and around the Southbank area.
After 1.5 hours of urban orienteering fun, all of the teams made it back to the finish line without incurring any penalties.
The winners of the running category was................Russia. (Drug test results still pending)

Congratulations to our winners and I hope you enjoy your engraved stemless wine glasses.
The day rounded out with a sausage sizzle, medals for the kids and prizes enough for everyone.

Brisbane Marathon Festival
Good luck to all runners participating this weekend in the festival! Keep an eye out for the Blue and White at the Botanical Gardens Gate for the Start and finish at QUT Main Drive - near Old Government House! look out for Blue and White supporters.
