Saturday Session
Last week we went on an off-Road adventure through the Enoggera Reservoir! an adventure it was!
Around the lake was beautiful single track before we hit the fire trails of rolling hills! the air was fresh, the scenery tranquil and the company excellent!! We will definitely be heading back there in our preparation of Tour de Tamborine.
This Saturday, we are back to the road!! Well paths actually, lets hit Southbank and Southbank Park Run.
When: Saturday 5th October
Where: Meet on the Stairs near Streets Beach. Parking is $2 under Southbank, enter the carpark, go to the middle and you will see a Pay Machine and an exit that comes out at Max Brenner, as very short stroll to where we will meet.! Best place to park and be out by 9am.
Time: 6am - 7:45am
What: a 50min run followed by Park Run Southbank at 7am. www.parkrun.com.au/southbank a free timed 5km run around Southbank. See their website for more details.
Cost: $2 for refreshments
Followed by Breaky and a chat!!
